Configuration File
The config.yaml file provides the configuration parameters for the pQCD module.

Here we explain the available parameters in more detail:
Grid
muB_min, muB_max, muB_step: Define the range and step size for the baryon chemical potential grid (in MeV).
muQ_min, muQ_max, muQ_step: Define the range and step size for the quark chemical potential grid (in MeV).
muS_min, muS_max, muS_step: Define the range and step size for the strange chemical potential grid (in MeV).
Options
alphaS: Only used if running_coupling is set to false. It defines the fixed value of the strong coupling constant \(\alpha_s\).
compute_susceptibilities: If true, the module will compute the susceptibilities in addition to the thermodynamic variables.
filter_rows_with_nan: If true, the module will filter out any rows in the output that contain NaN values.
running_coupling: If true, the module will compute the strong coupling constant \(\alpha_s\) as a function of the renormalization scale.
running_strange_mass: If true, the module will compute the strange quark mass as a function of the renormalization scale.
strange_mass: Only used if running_strange_mass is set to false. It defines the fixed value of the strange quark mass (in MeV).
Physical Parameters
g_const: The strong coupling constant at the renormalization scale (dimensionless).
m_down: The down quark mass (in MeV).
m_up: The up quark mass (in MeV).
n_colors: The number of colors in QCD (dimensionless).
n_flavors: The number of quark flavors (dimensionless).
n_gluons: The number of gluons in QCD (dimensionless).
Renormalization Scale
muB_constant, muQ_constant, muS_constant: Constants used to define the renormalization scale \(\Lambda\) as a function of the chemical potentials. The renormalization scale is defined as:
